Once you agree to the quoted trade value, our technician will send you an e-mail describing the terms of trading in with PowerMax. To paraphrase, we need to receive the trade at our dock within 2 weeks of agreeing to the trade value. Every system must come with a mouse and a power cord. Certain models also require special cables or adapters that we require with the trade. If you're trading in accessories that require special software or drivers, we expect those to be included. You'll then respond to our e-mail and state that you agree to the terms and conditions. Next, we'll send you another e-mail message. It will contain your unique trade-in number as well as our address. The trade-in number should be clearly written on the shipping label of your trade, as it allows us to track your trade-in and identify it when it arrives at our receiving dock. We recommend that you fully insure your trade and send it to us via Airborne Express, FedEx, or UPS. Keep in mind that you own the trade up until we check it over and decide that we are buying it from you. If the shipment gets lost in shipping, you'll need to have your tracking numbers available in order to file an insurance claim with your shipping company. We also recommend packaging your trade-in using the original packaging from Apple, whenever possible. Under no circumstances do we recommend using packing peanuts or shredded paper. These tend to make a huge mess!
